How do I order?

You can place an order online. To do this, sign up and upload a PDF file you’ve designed yourself.

How do I order a PDF that I've designed myself?

You can use design software like InDesign or Scribus to make your newspaper. Follow the artwork guidelines to set your PDF file up correctly.

When you upload your PDF our system automatically checks that it's the right size and set up. If the page size, number of pages or margins are incorrect you will not be able to place an order.

Do you check each design?

We don't check the design of each newspaper. It's up to you how you would like your newspaper to look. We have design guides to help you get the best from your newspaper. If you have any questions before printing please contact us.

How do I add the order details?

When your file has been checked and approved, you are ready to order. You can choose which type of printing you would like (digital or traditional), pick the quantity, add delivery details and pay online.

Can I have something that isn't listed on the site?

Maybe! We can print larger orders by arrangement, although some may be too large to ship overseas. We may be able to print non-standard quantities and ship to multiple addresses, depending on the details. We can't print sizes and products not listed on the site.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover credit or debit cards, as well as Paypal.

Can I pay by bank transfer?

Yes, if you don't have a credit card, please contact us before placing your order. We can send an invoice with bank details.

I need my newspaper urgently, what should I do?

For fastest delivery, order a 55gsm digital newspaper and choose courier delivery. If you order before 10am in the UK we'll do our best to get it to you the next day. If you're in a hurry please contact us and we'll see what's possible.

How can I cancel an order?

If your order has not been processed you can cancel it from your account. If you want to change your file or order details please contact us and we can change that for you without cancelling your order.

Can I get a receipt?

Yes, receipts are available in your account.

When will my newspaper be printed?

After you have successfully placed your order, your newspaper will be printed as soon as possible.

How long does it take to print and ship the newspapers?

We aim to have all newspapers printed and sent out within 1-7 working days in the UK. International deliveries can take slightly longer. To find out how long orders take to arrive, see delivery information.
